My Philosophy of Education In my philosophy, teachers serve as guides and facilitators, creating an environment that fosters curiosity, critical thinking, and a love for learning. We should act as mentors rather than authoritative figures, guiding and supporting students in their educational journey. Students, on the other hand, are active participants in their learning process. They should be encouraged to explore, question, and construct knowledge. This reciprocal relationship between teachers and students creates a dynamic, collaborative learning space where both parties contribute to and benefit from the educational experience. I believe in an inclusive and adaptive teaching approach that accommodates various learning styles.
